Itinerary

To start your thrilling tour, you have to arrive at the pre-booked resort near Satpura. We can also pick you up from the nearest railway station or airport. After reaching the hotel, you have to check in, and then you can relax. Your journey might be tiring, so we have kept this day free. You can get charged up for the next day of your Satpura Holiday Package. If you don’t feel like relaxing, then you can go to the nearby sightseeing areas and spend your time there exploring the attractions with your family or friends. You can also take part in recreational activities at the resort and have a fun time. After a nice day, have a delicious dinner and rest in your comfy rooms.

On this day of your Satpura Holiday Package, wake up early before sunrise and get ready to go for your first thrilling safari that is included in your Satpura Package Booking. Doing a safari in the early morning will give you an exciting chance to spot the morning behavior of animals and they also remain active during this time. Explore the park to the fullest with the morning chirping of birds as your background music. It will be a magical experience. After that, return to the resort and have breakfast. Later, you can enjoy as you want and then in the afternoon, we will take you again for a safari ride. This will be the second safari of your thrilling Satpura Tour Package. Another safari will give you one more chance to spot the wild animals of this park like Spotted Dear, Indian Bison(Gaur), Tigers, Leopards, Wild boar, Wild dogs, sloth bears, black bucks, etc. After the safari, have dinner inside your resort and rest for a relaxing night.

Get up at your convenience. Spend a nice, lazy morning and have a nice cup of tea or coffee. Pack your stuff and have breakfast, on this day, you have to check out from the resort. Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

Please make payments only to the account of this company..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..

Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
