Itinerary

Your tour begins as soon as you arrive at the nearest airport or railway station (like Umaria or Jabalpur). You can come to a pre-booked resort on your own, and we can also provide a pick-up and drop-off service at extra cost if informed in advance. Upon reaching, you have to check in to the pre-booked resort, and then you can relax for some time. This resort will be located close to the park, so you can just relax in the peaceful vibes of this area. See the greenery around and take in some fresh air, after that you can have lunch. On this day, you can go out and explore the nearby attractions. If you’re not in that mood, then just simply relax in the peaceful surroundings. Have a nice cup of tea or coffee in the evening while watching the sunset. Then, have a delicious dinner followed by a bonfire (if available). Rest in your rooms for a comfortable night's experience.

Our Bandhavgrah Package Bookinh includes a thrilling gypsys safari ride, so it will take place on the second day. Wake up early before dawn and get ready to go inside the park on a gypsy safari. Through the safari, you can spot the wild animals of this area like the tigers, leopards, Indian bison (gaur), sambar deer, langurs, and a variety of beautiful birds like Indian rollers, owls, and peacocks. This safari will be in one of the famous zones, and during the safari, you might spot a tiger chasing deer. After the safari, return to your resort and enjoy a hearty breakfast. After that, pack your belongings, and then you have to check out. Our team can also provide a pickup and drop service for going back to the railway station or airport (an extra cost). Travel expenses to and from Bandhavgarh National Park (from Jabalpur, Umaria, or Katni) are not included.

Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..

Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
