Itinerary

On the first day of your Bandhavgarh Holiday Package, you have to reach the pre-booked hotel that will be near the park. There, after reaching, check in and relax for a bit. You can spend this day of your Bandhavgarh Tour Package as you like. You can go out and explore the nearby attractions or simply stay in your resort and relax there. If your resort has a swimming pool, then relax there, or you can enjoy the recreational activities if available. Later in the day, have dinner, and then you can rest for the night in the comfortable rooms of your resort near Bandhavgarh National Park.

Start the second day by waking up early the morning before dawn. The second day of your Bandhavagrh Holiday Package is for exploring the park. You will go for an early morning safari that will be included in your Bandhavgarh Online Package Booking. This ride will give travelers an opportunity to explore this wild area through gypsy safari. During the morning, you can listen to the melodious sound of birds and also the roar of tigers if lucky. Also, the animals remain active during this time, so you can spot them easily. After the ride, return to your resort, and then you can spend the day as you like. Maybe go out and explore the nearby attractions on your own. Have the local food of this area from outlets and enjoy a good time with your friends or family. You can visit places like the Baghel museum, nearby villages, and talk with locals to learn about this spot. Make sure to return to the resort by evening and have your dinner there. You can enjoy a bonfire (if available) and talk with other tourists. Tell them about your safari and listen to theirs. Relax in your rooms and call it a night.

On the third day of your tour, wake up early morning and then you will go for another gypsy safari. This will be the second ride of your Bandhavgarh Online Package Booking. During the ride, you can spot the wild animals and spend a nice, thrilling time with maximum chances of wildlife spotting. The safari will be for around 3 hours and give you enough opportunities to explore the flora and fauna of this wild spot. After the safari, return to your resort and have a delicious breakfast. Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..
