Itinerary

To enjoy the facilities of this fun Pench Tour Package, you have to come to the pre-booked resort in Pench. After reaching there, you have to check in, and then you can relax and have a peaceful time. If you want, you can go sightseeing in nearby areas on your own. Remember to return to the hotel at the time of dinner and then take a rest in your comfortable rooms. This day is kept free from our side so that you can relax after a long journey and gain some energy for the next thrilling day.

On the second day, wake up early morning and then you can go towards Pench for a thrilling safari ride. There, you can enjoy the sightings of animals like tigers, leopards, deer, chinkara, jungle cats, hyenas, porcupines, and a lot of bird species. This is one of the famous national parks of India for good sightings of wild animals during the thrilling gypsy safari rides. After a nice exploration time in Pench, return to the resort and have breakfast. After that, you can spend your day as you want and then rest for the night in the comfort of your luxurious rooms.

This day is for going to the wild Kanha National Park. Have a nice breakfast in the morning and pack your stuff. We will take you to the next destination of your Pench Online Package Booking, which is Kanha National Park. After reaching there, you have to check in at the resort, and then you can relax. Later, go on a sightseeing tour near Kanha National Park on your own. Return to the report at the time of dinner and enjoy it to the fullest. Have some time chit-chatting with your loved ones about the day, and then you can sleep in your rooms.

On this day, you have to wake up early again as we will take you on a thrilling safari ride in Kanha. This park is famous for sightings of Tiger, Panther, Chital, Sambar, Barasingha, Blackbuck, Barking deer, Chousingha, Gaur, Langur, Wild pig, Jackal, Sloth bear, Wild dog, etc, along with various bird species. You will get around 3 hours to explore the huge area of the [ar,k, and in that time, you can spot a lot of animals with the help of your guide. After the safari, you have to return to the resort to have breakfast. Spend a nice, calming time in the peaceful surroundings of this spot and make lovable memories with your loved ones. After a nice day, have a delicious dinner to make it more memorable, and then take a rest for the night.

This will be the last day of your Pench Holiday Package. Wake up and pack your belongings. Have a nice breakfast, and then we will go towards Nagpur so that you can catch the flight back home with lots of memories of this adventurous and wild trip to Kanha and Pench.

Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..
