Itinerary

To start the adventure of this Pench Holiday Package, you have to come to the booked resort in Tadoba. There, you have to check in, and then you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Refresh and relax for some time, and then you can enjoy your time as you like. Maybe have a cup of tea or coffee and read a book in the calming surroundings. At night, you can savor a delicious dinner and then spend the night in your comfy rooms.

To start this day, you have to wake up early morning so that we can take you for a thrilling gypsy safari in Tadoba. There, you can see animals like Indian Pangolin, Gaurs, sloth bears, Indian leopards, Four-Horned Antelopes, Royal Bengal Tigers, etc, very easily. This park is a home for these animals, and they can be spotted on your safaris. Also, a guide will be there with you during the safari who will help you spot animals. Then, come back to the resort and have breakfast. After that, you can enjoy the time according to your convenience, and then in the evening, you can again go on a gypsy safari in Tadoba. Doing a safari in the evening will give you another chance to spot animals at a different time. This time allows you to observe their activities during the evening time and they also remain active. After a nice exploration, return to the resort and have dinner before a restful night.

Have a nice breakfast in the morning, and then the guide from Daily Tour and Travel will take you to the booked resort in Pench. The distance from Tadoba to Pench is around 240 km, and it will take around 5 hours to cover this distance. After reaching there, you have to check in, and then you can relax. Just spend this day enjoying the beauty of Pench and then have dinner at night. Stay inside your rooms for a comfortable experience.

On the fourth day of your Pench Tour Package, you will go for gypsy safaris in Pench. Wake up early in the morning and get ready to go into the wild surroundings of Pench National Park. This gypsy safari in Pench will be different from the safari in Tadoba. This park houses animals such as tigers, leopards, deer, chinkara, jungle cats, hyenas, porcupines, and a lot of bird species. You can spot these animals during your adventurous safari, and then you will come back to the hotel. Have breakfast and relax for a bit. Enjoy the natural surroundings and just relax for a while. In the evening, you can go on another thrilling safari in Pench. After the exploration and nice sightings, return to the resort and have dinner. Spend a restful night inside your comfy rooms.

Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..
