Itinerary

This Satpura Holiday Package is for 3 days, and the facilities will start with your arrival at the pre-booked resort in Satpura. There, you have to check inside your spacious rooms, and then you can just relax in the hotel and have your lunch. Later, you can go out to the nearby sightseeing areas and explore the area at your own convenience. If you’re tired from the journey and don’t feel like going out, then you can enjoy recreational activities at the resort or simply have a peaceful time in your rooms. After a nice day, have a delicious dinner inside your resort and rest for a calming night.

The second day of your Satpura Holiday Package will start with an exciting gypsy safari in the morning. On this day of your tour, you have to wake up early so that you can go early morning for a gypsy safari ride that is included in your Satpura Online Package Booking. During the safari, you can spot animals like Spotted Deer, Indian Bison(Gaur), Tigers, Leopards, Wild boar, Wild dogs, sloth bears, black bucks, etc, doing their daily activities. This time also allows nature lovers to listen to the dawn chorus and spend a nice, calming time inside the wildness of Satpura. After a thrilling safari, you need to head back to the resort and have breakfast. You can spend the day as you like. Maybe play in the swimming pool and bond with your family and friends. At night, you can have dinner, and then you can enjoy a bonfire if you want. Overnight stay inside your resort.

Wake up with the morning sounds of birds in the natural surroundings of Satpura near your resort. Then, have a cup of tea or coffee and pack your belongings. On this day, you have to check out of your resort and say goodbye with a lot of memories of this Satpura Tour Package.

Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..

Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
