Itinerary

On the first day of the Tadoba Tour Package, you need to come to the pre-booked hotel or resort. After checking in, you can have lunch and then just take some time to relax in the surroundings of your resort. Soak in the natural vibes around you and then in the evening, get ready to go for a gypsy safari ride that is included in the Tadoba Package Booking. Spend an adventurous time inside the park and spot the animals like tigers, nilgai, sloth bears, leopards, etc in their natural habitat. After exploring the area, come back to the resort and then you can have dinner before resting for a relaxing night.

The second day of your Tadoba Tour Package is free. Our guests can spend the time as they like. We have left free time so that the guests can enjoy the tour according to their liking. You can visit the nearby place. Go on village walks to learn about the local culture of this state or just simply relax in the beautiful surroundings. You can have a fun time with your friends and loved ones. You can take part in the recreational activities of the resort in your free time. Remember to come back to the resort on time and have dinner. Take a good night's sleep and get charged up for the next day.

Have a delicious breakfast at your resort and start your day with an adventurous gypsy safari inside the wild Tadoba that is included in your Tadoba Holiday Package. Spend some time inside the jungle to spot the wild animals of this place. Sight tigers, leopards, sloth bears, deer, etc in their homes. Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

Please make payments only to the account of this company..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..

Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
