Itinerary

To start your adventurous long holiday, you need to come to the pre-booked resort near Tadoba National Park. After the check-in formalities, you can have lunch inside your resort. Spend some time enjoying the recreational activities of the resort, and you can also enjoy a refreshing drink while soaking in the beautiful surroundings of this spot. You can spend your free time going to nearby villages and learning about the local culture. You can also go to Irai Lake to experience boating at this wild spot. The first day of the Tadoba Tour Package is totally free, and you can spend the time as you want to.

To start the second day of your Tadoba Tour Package, you can have a refreshing cup of tea or coffee and then you need to get ready for a thrilling gypsy safari in Tadoba. You can enjoy a gypsy safari inside Tadoba and spot the wild animals of this area along with beautiful bird species. This park is famous for sightings of tigers and you can easily spot them while riding on a gypsy safari. After exploring the park for 3 hours, you need to come back to your resort and then you can spend the day as you like. Have dinner at night and relax.

This Tadoba Holiday Package includes 3 gypsy safari. The second gypsy safari ride in Tadoba will happen on this day. After waking up, you can have a delicious breakfast inside the resort and then you can spend the day according to your liking. In the evening, you will be taken to Tadoba National Park to enjoy another ride inside this wild area. During your ride, you can listen to the natural sounds of the forest and spot animals like tigers, leopards, sloth bears, chinkara, gaurs, nilgai, Indian pythons, terrapins, etc. After your thrilling ride, you need to return to the resort and then have dinner before having a good night's sleep.

This will be the last day of your Tadoba Tour Package. You need to wake up early, as you will go to Tadoba National Park to enjoy a morning safari inside the park. After exploring the park, you need to come back and then have breakfast and pack your belongings, as it’s time to say goodbye. Check out of the resort on time and then move toward your onward destination.

Cancellation Policies

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable..

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date..

Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly..

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X-Mas & New Year) hotel or Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)..

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra..

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this..

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

Please make payments only to the account of this company..

If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..

Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
